    GLOSARIO

    • Autorización: Consentimiento previo, expreso e informado del titular del dato para llevar a cabo el tratamiento. Esta puede ser escrita, verbal o mediante conductas inequívocas que permitan concluir de forma razonable que el titular otorgó autorización.
    • Base de Datos: Es el conjunto organizado de Datos Personales que sean objeto de tratamiento, electrónico o no, cualquiera que fuere la modalidad de su formación, almacenamiento, organización y acceso.
    • Consulta: Solicitud del titular del dato o de las personas autorizadas por éste o por la ley para conocer la información que reposa sobre él en bases de datos o archivos.
    • Dato personal: Se trata de cualquier información vinculada o que pueda asociarse a una persona determinada, como su nombre o número de identificación, o que puedan hacerla determinable, como sus rasgos físicos. 
    • Dato personal público: Es uno de los tipos de datos personales existentes. Son considerados datos públicos, entre otros, los datos relativos al estado civil de las personas, a su profesión u oficio y a su calidad de comerciante o de servidor público. Por su naturaleza, los datos públicos pueden estar contenidos, entre otros, en registros públicos, documentos públicos, gacetas y boletines oficiales y sentencias judiciales debidamente ejecutoriadas que no estén sometidas a reserva
    • Dato semiprivado: Son los datos que no tienen naturaleza íntima, reservada, ni pública y cuyo conocimiento o divulgación puede interesar no solo al titular sino a cierto sector o a la sociedad en general. Los datos financieros y crediticios de la actividad comercial o de servicios, son algunos ejemplos. 
    • Dato privado. Es el dato que por su naturaleza íntima o reservada sólo es relevante para la persona titular del dato. Ejemplos: libros de los comerciantes, documentos privados, información extraída a partir de la inspección del domicilio.
    • Dato sensible. Son aquellos que afectan la intimidad del titular o pueden dar lugar a que lo discriminen, es decir, aquellos que revelan su origen racial o étnico, su orientación política, las convicciones religiosas o filosóficas, la pertenencia a sindicatos, organizaciones sociales, de derechos humanos, así como los datos relativos a la salud, a la vida sexual, y los datos biométricos, entre otros.
    • Responsable del Tratamiento: Persona que por sí misma o en asocio con otros, decida sobre la base de datos y/o el tratamiento de los datos.
    • Encargado del tratamiento: Persona que realiza el tratamiento de datos por cuenta del responsable del tratamiento.
    • Estar “Autorizado”, es VYVE, Viaja y Vive Experiencias y todas las personas bajo la responsabilidad del mismo, que por virtud de la autorización y de la Política tienen legitimidad para someter a tratamiento los datos personales del titular. El Autorizado incluye al género de los Habilitados.
    • Reclamo: Solicitud del titular del dato o las personas autorizadas por éste o por la ley para corregir, actualizar o suprimir sus datos personales o cuando adviertan que existe un presunto incumplimiento del régimen de protección de datos, según el artículo Art. 15 de la Ley 1581 de 2012.
    • Titular del dato: Es la persona natural cuyos datos personales son objeto de tratamiento.
    • Tratamiento: Cualquier operación o conjunto de operaciones sobre datos personales como, entre otros, la recolección, el almacenamiento, el uso, la circulación o supresión de esa clase de información.
    • Transmisión: Tratamiento de datos personales que implica la comunicación de los mismos dentro (transmisión nacional) o fuera de Colombia (transmisión internacional) y que tiene por objeto la realización de un tratamiento por el encargado por cuenta del responsable.
    • Transferencia: La transferencia de datos tiene lugar cuando el responsable y/o encargado del tratamiento de datos personales, ubicado en Colombia, envía la información o los datos personales a un receptor, que a su vez es responsable del tratamiento y se encuentra dentro o fuera del país.
    • Requisito de procedibilidad: El titular o causahabiente sólo podrá elevar queja ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio una vez haya agotado el trámite de consulta o reclamo ante el responsable del tratamiento o encargado del tratamiento, lo anterior según el Artículo 16 de la Ley 1581 de 2012.

    RESPONSABLE DEL TRATAMIENTO DE LOS  DATOS

     TRATAMIENTO Y FINALIDADES

    El tratamiento que realizará VYVE Viaja y Vive Experiencias S.A.S y sus marcas con la información personal será el siguiente: La recolección, almacenamiento, uso, circulación con las siguientes finalidades:

    • Comunicar información publicitaria y de mercadeo, ofertas, listas de precios, campañas comerciales entre otra información relativa a los productos y servicios que comercializa VYVE y sus marcas
    • Efectuar las gestiones pertinentes para el desarrollo del objeto social de la compañía en lo que tiene que ver con el cumplimiento del objeto del contrato celebrado con el Titular de la información.
    • Realizar invitaciones a eventos y ofrecer nuevos productos y servicios.
    • Gestionar trámites (solicitudes, quejas, reclamos).
    • Efectuar encuestas de satisfacción respecto de los bienes y servicios ofrecidos por VYVE Viaja y Vive Experiencias S.A.S y sus marcas.
    • Contactar al Titular a través de medios telefónicos para realizar encuestas, estudios y/o confirmación de datos personales necesarios para la ejecución de una relación contractual.
    • Contactar al Titular a través de medios electrónicos – SMS o chat para el envío de noticias relacionadas con campañas de fidelización o mejora de servicio.
    • Contactar al Titular a través de correo electrónico para el envío de pautas comerciales, proceso de reservaciones, estados de cuenta o facturas en relación con las obligaciones derivadas del objeto de la compañía.
    • Generar pagos laborales, seguridad social, aportes parafiscales, reportar información tributaria y cualquier otro que se derive de la de su relación contractual entre VYVE Viaja y Vive Experiencias S.A.S y el titular de la información.
    • Transferir datos personales fuera o dentro de Colombia a las compañías que legalmente lo requieran para cumplir con las regulaciones antilavado de activos que le aplican.
    • Suministrar la información a terceros con los cuales VYVE Viaja y Vive Experiencias S.A.S y sus marcas tengan relación contractual y que sea necesario entregársela para el cumplimiento del objeto contratado.
    • Publicar en las redes sociales de VYVE Viaja y Vive Experiencias S.A.S y de sus marcas, fotos y videos en los que el titular aparezca como participante de excursiones y eventos realizados y operados por la agencia.
    • Conocer el estado de salud del titular para dar cumplimiento a los protocolos de bioseguridad exigidos por las entidades gubernamentales de Colombia y otros paises cuando aplique.

    DERECHOS DE LOS TITULARES DE LOS DATOS

    Como titular de sus datos usted tiene derecho a

    • Acceder de forma gratuita a los datos proporcionados que hayan sido objeto de tratamiento.
    • Conocer, actualizar y rectificar su información frente a datos parciales, inexactos, incompletos, fraccionados, que induzcan a error, o aquellos cuyo tratamiento esté prohibido o no haya sido autorizado
    • Solicitar en cualquier momento una prueba de la autorización otorgada a VYVE Viaja y Vive Experiencias S.A.S salvo en aquellos casos en los que legalmente el responsable está liberado de tener autorización para tratar los datos del titular.
    • Presentar ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) quejas por infracciones a lo dispuesto en la normatividad vigente.
    • Revocar la autorización y/o solicitar la supresión del dato, siempre que no exista un deber legal o contractual que impida eliminarlos
    • Abstenerse de responder las preguntas sobre datos sensibles. Tendrá carácter facultativo las respuestas que versen sobre datos sensibles o sobre datos de las niñas y niños y adolescentes.
    • Ser informado por VYVE Viaja y Vive Experiencias S.A.S, S.A.S previa solicitud del titular de los datos, respecto del uso que le ha dado a los mismos.
    • Derecho a presentar ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio las quejas que considere pertinentes para hacer valer su derecho al Habeas Data.

    PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL EJERCICIO DEL DERECHO DE HABEAS DATA

    En cumplimiento de las normas sobre protección de datos personales, VYVE Viaja y Vive Experiencias S.A.S presenta el procedimiento y requisitos mínimos para el ejercicio de sus derechos: Para la radicación y atención de su solicitud le solicitamos suministrar la siguiente información:

    • Nombre completo y apellidos
    • Datos de contacto (Dirección física y/o electrónica y teléfonos de contacto)
    • Medios para recibir respuesta a su solicitud.
    • Motivo(s)/hecho(s) que dan lugar al reclamo con una breve descripción del derecho que desea ejercer (conocer, actualizar, rectificar, solicitar prueba de la autorización otorgada, revocarla, suprimir, acceder a la información).
    • Firma (si aplica) y número de identificación.

    El término máximo previsto por la ley para resolver su reclamación es de quince (15) días hábiles, contado a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de su recibo. Cuando no fuere posible atender el reclamo dentro de dicho término, VYVE Viaja y Vive Experiencias S.A.S informará al interesado los

    motivos de la demora y la fecha en que se atenderá su reclamo, la cual en ningún caso podrá superar los ocho (8) días hábiles siguientes al vencimiento del primer término. Una vez cumplidos los términos señalados por la Ley 1581 de 2012 y las demás normas que la reglamenten o complementen, el Titular al que se deniegue, total o parcialmente, el ejercicio de los derechos de acceso, actualización, rectificación, supresión y revocación podrá poner su caso en conocimiento de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio –Delegatura para la Protección de Datos Personales-.

Day 1. Bogotá.

Welcome to Colombia, the second most biodiverse country in the world. Assistance in the airport y transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 2. Bogotá.

Breakfast. In the morning, visit the Gold Museum, known for being the museum that houses the largest collection of pre-Hispanic gold pieces in the world. The museum has 34 thousand pieces of gold of great historical value and extraordinary beauty. The tour will take us to discover the fascinating stories that each of the collections keep and especially to discover valuable pieces that have been inspired by women and what each one of them reveals to us. Entrance included. (On Mondays the museum is closed). Lunch included. We will continue our “MUJERES BOGOTA” tour through the heart of the city. The La Candelaria neighborhood has spectacular colonial architecture, where a historical legacy is preserved combined with a bohemian and cultural atmosphere. Day 3. Zipaquirá - Catedral de Sal - Villa de Leyva.

Breakfast. We will leave towards the north of the city, where we will observe the beautiful landscapes of the Bogotá savannah; We will arrive in Zipaquirá to visit the Salt Cathedral (Ticket included). In 1995 the new salt mine was inaugurated, located 1800 meters underground.

250 thousand tons of salt rock were extracted during its construction. It is the mine with the largest reserve of rock salt in the world. Its impressive tunnels are amazing and its entire route worth admiring with lights that reveal the carved rocks. When descending to the depths of the cathedral, three naves are observed, the birth and baptism, the life and death and the resurrection each one with an altar.

The ancient indigenous Muiscas who settled in the area were the first to take advantage of this valuable mineral to trade with other populations, making their economy very prosperous. To date the mine is still in operation.

In the afternoon we will continue our journey to the Department of Boyacá. On our route we will observe the green tapestries that adorn the majestic mountains of the eastern Colombian Andes. We will pass through Tunja, the capital of Boyacá, until we reach our destination, the municipality of VILLA DE LEYVA, which has held the title of National Cultural Heritage Town since 1954. Famous for its large main square, one of the largest in South America with 14,000 square meters. It preserves the colonial architecture detained in time surrounded by rural landscapes. Brief time to walk and feel the revitalizing energy that the place transmits to us. Dinner and continuation to Gachantivá. Accommodation.

Day 04. Gachantivá - Ráquira - Gachantivá.

Breakfast; We will start the day walking to the Periquera Waterfall. The path surrounded by leafy trees and Andean forest vegetation invites us to come into contact with the biodiversity of Colombian flora and fauna. Here the songs of the birds that inhabit the area accompany us until we reach the extraordinary waterfall, where the force of its fall releases negative ions, creating the right environment to instinctively feel physical and emotional well-being. The place invites us to take a deep breath and free ourselves from pollution, while we contemplate the amazing landscapes.

We will continue to La Ecoaldea Cochahuaira, which means rainbow in the Muisca language, which symbolized the bridge between heaven and earth. Here the extraordinary experience of the community will teach us how to cultivate water and the culture of good living. It will be a rebirth, we will learn how to live in peace and harmony with the earth. We continue to Ráquira, the artisan capital of Colombia and a town with a strong ancestral tradition focused on the manufacture of objects made from clay, we will delight ourselves with its colorful houses, its streets full of jars, figures and pots made of clay. Each of its 152 houses has its own identity, design and special colors. We will visit a craft factory where its owners will share their ancestral knowledge of this wonderful art. Our tour leads us towards an encounter with the moon and the stars (subject to weather conditions). A fantastic place awaits us, just 30 minutes along the road that crosses the mountains and the desert we arrive at the rural Observatory of Zaquencipa. It has one of the largest telescopes in Colombia and its location allows us to contemplate one of the best night skies in Colombia. Day 05. Gachantivá - Villa de Leyva - Gachantivá.

Breakfast. Today we head towards Villa De Leyva to walk its cobbled streets and get to know its most outstanding attractions, its gastronomy, the warmth of its inhabitants and its history. After the city tour, free day to continue discovering this extraordinary destination.

Among its main places of interest are the parish church of Nuestra Señora del Rosario, the Municipal Mayor's Office, the first congress of Colombia, the Antonio Ricaurte House Museum, the Luis Alberto Acuña house-museum, the Prehistoric Museum, the Paleontological Museum, the Fossil Museum, and the Archaeological Park, among others. , Pozos Azules, Alto de las Cometas, Colina El Santo Viewpoint, Alto de los Migueles.

Day 06. Gachantivá - Lago de Tota - Iza.

Breakfast. We head for the central highway, which leads us through the longest mountain range in Colombia, towards Lake Tota; On the way we will pass through important cities such as Paipa, Duitama and Sogamoso known as the city of Sun and Steel. It was the religious center of the indigenous Muiscas in pre-Columbian times.

Ascending the imposing Boyacenses mountains and its moors we will reach 3,000 meters high, where the majestic Tota Lake opens its way to position itself as the largest in Colombia and the third in America, it has five islands. Temperature 10°C. We will take a boat tour throughout its waters arriving at the Island of San Pedro, there we will disembark to have a peace meeting in harmony with its ecosystem. On the way back, the exquisite typical lunch based on trout awaits us. We continue towards the surroundings of the municipalities of Cuitiva and Iza, where our colonial-style hotel is located, framed by green mountains. Iza in the Chibcha language means healing place. Day 07. Cuítiva.

Breakfast. This is a spectacular day of well-being just for you, woman. We begin with the Revitalize Yourself with Sense Experience: Watsu Therapy, AI-CHI in the water, relaxation in an aquatic environment combined with massages to balance the body's energy. Option 1. Hike to the Paramo de Ocetá. Duration 6 to 8 hours. Medium level

Departure at 8 am to start our walk to the Paramo de Oceta, considered one of the most beautiful moors in the world. It is located at 3,800 meters above sea level. in the western part of the municipality of Monguí. Ocetá has a magical spectacle, at times the ghost of the eternal confidant fog of 3,000 meters envelops the environment, and with the help of the sun's rays generates a multicolored spectacle of unparalleled beauty. As for fauna, savannah rabbits, frogs, condors, eagles, guatines and white-tailed deer can be found. Within the typical flora we find the silver frailejones, the yellow ones and the white, yellow senecios, purple lupines, moss, lichens attached to the rocks and the frailejón which is found in most of the páramo. The frailejón grows only one centimeter per year and its stem conserves water. During the activity we will travel approximately 17 km, it lasts from 6 to 8 hours. Day 10. Monguí - Nobsa – Puente de Boyacá - Bogotá

Day 13. Cartagena

Breakfast. Today we will go out to explore the Colombian Caribbean Sea and its charming Islands, aboard a specialized boat and with all the necessary technology to navigate.

In this adventure you will witness the natural beauty that Cartagena and its surroundings preserve.

We head towards Isla Grande, where its blue sea invites us to swim, snorkel, tan on its sensational beach. We continue to Isla Cholón, Playa Azul, Playa Linda, Playa Libre, places of exotic Caribbean beauty where we can enjoy massages and contemplate the immense sea. The last stop will be in Barú where we will have time to taste the typical dishes of the region: fried fish, coconut rice, seviches, casseroles, among others. Day 14. Cartagena
